Our tools are designed to assemble the plate without preliminary preparation without reported elements (rivets, screws) with a minimum of energy and little deterioration of surfaces (welding).
The result of the work of the tools is the formation of point of assembling by deformation of plates; cavity, punch's side, and boss, Stamper's side.
The tools are in two subsets.
Part punch strippers, proven and easy installation, used in cutting, stamping.
A dies part, Stamper or matrices are posed on the Stamper.
The form of the embossing of the point is given by the cutout in the matrices.
Matrices are multi-part maintained in initial position by springs so that the material flow during the formation of the point. This Assembly allows a good holding of the point and a loosening effortlessly.
